About Us

EST's unique emphasis lies in using techniques to develop speed,
agility, footwork, advanced ball skills and positional awareness.
All of these are critical areas for players to progress
to the elite level.

Training with EST is a great way to experience a
professional training program from a young age
whilst developing an understanding of the
game's philosophy. Our European expertise and
approach provides development that is often
lacking in Australia's present soccer scene.

Our Team

Nino la Scala
Is one of the best specialised physiotherapists on the Australian soccer scene. He is the team physiotherapist of the Australian National Under 21 team and has extensive experience in the A-league and abroad.

Dragan Jevtic
is a licenced FIFA agent. His years of experience and networks in the highest levels of football can help players of EST open the gates to professional football both domestically and overseas.

Training modes

Team training

covers all general skills,
techniques and tactics required of players in a team setting. Of particular value in improving an established squad’s cohesion, teamwork and skill level.

Position-specific and small group training

is a particularly effective form of training where players are separated into small groups or groups according to playing position. We believe this form of training is a very important part of preparation in pre-season and during competition. Each position on the field requires specific needs of fitness, tactical movement and ball skills.

ONE-on-ONE training

is a thorough style of training addressing technical, physical and mental aspects of individual play. This type of training is highly recommended by EST coaches to players of all ages to improve individual skill and satisfaction, as well as team contribution.

Appropriate combination of multiple training modes can significantly accelerate player development.
